#MadinaCanada‘s latest event, Love God, Love People | World Interfaith Harmony Week Symposium as part of World Interfaith Harmony Week with Shaykh Ibrahim Hussain and Rev. Dr. Terry Atkinson helped bring the community as a whole together. We were reminded to love everyone, regardless of their faith, race, gender, status, and more. The world is in need of love, let us do our part and show unconditional love and compassion to all.
Without the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), we would not know Allah, we would not be Muslims. It is imperative on us to celebrate and learn about our Prophet (peace be upon him and his family). Join us for our 12 Days of Mawlid with Shaykh Ibrahim Hussain as we cover The Shamail: The Attributes of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). All nights will be full of knowledge, dhikr, naats, nasheeds, and qasaid with #MadinaCanada students and other world-renowned guests.
See you all at #MadinaCanada! 2380 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5K 1B4. RSVP on the event page: https://business.facebook.com/events/2061463850757043/

Shaykh Ahmed Saad discussed the characteristics of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), the types of strengths, and how to get through difficult times. Nader Khan helped increase our love for Allah and His Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) through the use of poetry.
Check out some flashbacks from this past event. The video recordings will be posted soon!

MSA McGill and Madina Seminary presents “Marriage, Faith & The Pursuit of Love” with Shaykh Ibrahim Hussain at McGill University on the 8th January 2016.
Marriage and Love are like floral gardens. In the hands of skill-full gardeners, they are beautiful, tranquil and faith restoring. However, in the hands of unskilled gardeners they can become barren places full of despair and loneliness.
Join us on a journey through ‘Marriage, Love and Faith’, and discover how all three can be reached through the understanding and implementation of the Sunnah. Learn from the best of examples- the Prophetic Household- and understand how marriage is the foundation of human life- a Divine Gift which consumes Faith & Love.
This course will help you draw closer to God (Glorified is He) through getting married at the right time, in the right way, to the right person, with the right understanding of the keys to a successful marriage. The course will also explain how to deal with the key social challenges during university life and how to deal with them in the best possible manner.
An un-missable opportunity for those married, seeking to get married or those on a journey of self-reflection. Open to both Brothers & Sisters.
Shaykh Ibrahim Hussain will also be leading Jumu’ah at McGill university on the day of the course, January 8th 2016.
